Steps for Enrollment/Feeedback Submission/Course Registration

Enrollment (Applicable only in First Semester)

  1. Select “Enrollment” Tab and enter your registration no.(10 digit Reg.No.)
  2. Check your Name, Department, Programme, Regulation, Section, Batch and specialization are correct.
  3. If correct Proceed to the Next Page, else meet IIS Convenor for corrections.
  4. Enter your valid Mobile No. and PTU E-mail ID to which OTP will be sent for course registration.
  5. Fill in the mandatory details regard to your family, personal, academic and admission.
  6. Keep ready Softcopy of your Passport size photo (.png,.jpg,.jpeg format, size-65 Kb) to upload.
  7. Once you have entered all the details, Tick the checkbox which state that “I HEREBY VERIFIED ALL THE ABOVE DETAILS” and click submit.

Feedback Submission (Applicable from Second Semester)

  1. Select “Students Portal” Tab and enter your registration no. (e. g. 2201108024).
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your IIS registered Email ID.
  3. Choose “Feedback Tab”
  4. Verify the list of subjects.
  5. Click on the respective faculty name to provide the feedback.
  6. If more than one faculty handled a subject, provide feedback separately for each faculty.
  7. Submit feedback for each subject faculty after verification.

Course Registration

  1. Select “Students Portal” Tab and enter your registration no.( 10 digit Reg. No)
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered Email ID
  3. Choose “Course Registration Tab”
  4. Verify the student particulars, subject code and subject name (for all the courses (core/mandatory)), as applicable.
  5. Ensure correct set subjects are listed, If subjects of different set are listed, mail to pytuiis@ptuniv.edu.in
  6. Select the respective faculty names.
  7. Submit the form after final verification.
  8. Download the PDF of the course registration form.

CIRCULAR

• The Nominal roll Tab can be used to get the Name List of Students of respective Programme from Dean(Academics) Portal

• PG and UG Students can complete your Course Registration, after you give your Feedback to previous Semester

• The II Year B.Tech Lateral Entry need to complete Enrollment to proceed with Feedback and Course Registration.

EVENTS

Ancillary Stream Course Option Submission will open shortly.
Steps to Ancillary Stream Course Option Submission

  1. Select “Students Portal” Tab and enter your registration no.( 10 digit Reg. No)
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered Email ID
  3. Choose “Ancillary Stream Tab”
  4. Check your details
  5. Give your CGPA UPTO 3rd semester
  6. Select and give Eight options for Ancillary Stream courses based on your priority.
  7. Submit the form.
  8. Take the pdf generated printout for your ANC Submission reference.
